Required Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred).Previous experience in financial consulting, debt management, or a related field is highly desirable.Knowledge of debt consolidation, bankruptcy laws, credit counseling, and financial products.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to explain complex financial concepts in an understandable way.Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and cases simultaneously.Knowledge of financial software and tools used in debt management.Certifications:Certification in debt counseling or financial planning (e.g., Debt Management Specialist certification) is a plus.
