Experience in managing both plants concurrently and a deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics are essential.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of both ready mix and asphalt plants, ensuring efficient production and dispatch.Ensure all production meets required specifications and quality standards (ACI, ASTM, BS EN, MOT).Coordinate plant schedules with project demands to ensure timely delivery to multiple construction sites.Monitor material stock levels and coordinate procurement to maintain uninterrupted operations.Supervise and manage plant staff, including operators, drivers, technicians, and maintenance teams.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Implement preventive maintenance plans for batching and asphalt mixing equipment.Optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and control production costs.Maintain accurate production records, inventory reports, and KPI dashboards.Review and approve mix designs, and ensure consistent output quality.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government bodies on operational matters.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in productivity and plant efficiency.

We are hiring a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to support the design and engineering of electrical systems for a major water pipeline project. The role is based at our Jeddah head office and will involve coordination with site teams, clients, and design consultants. Experience in pipeline infrastructure projects and familiarity with SWCC or ARAMCO standards is highly preferred.Lead and participate in the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design stages for all electrical aspects of the water pipeline project.Prepare and review design deliverables such as single-line diagrams, load schedules, cable sizing, grounding and lighting layouts, power distribution schemes, and control schematics.Design electrical systems for pump stations, valve chambers, control buildings, and associated infrastructure.Ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications (IEC, NEC, IEEE), and client requirements (especially SWCC/ARAMCO).Review and approve vendor technical documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements.Provide technical support for procurement, including participation in RFQs, bid evaluations, and vendor selections.Support construction and QA/QC teams with design clarifications and field modifications.Interface with clients, consultants, and local authorities for technical approvals and design coordination.Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all design documentation and reports.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a water transmission pipeline project in Jeddah and Abha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline construction projects, with prior experience on SWCC or ARAMCO standards highly desirable.Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans (ITPs).Supervise and lead QA/QC teams across project sites (Jeddah & Abha) to ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements.Ensure that all materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with applicable codes, standards, and project documentation.Liaise with SWCC or ARAMCO quality representatives and attend inspections/audits as required.Review and approve quality documentation including method statements, inspection reports, material submittals, welding procedures, and testing plans.Monitor and report on non-conformances and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.Conduct quality audits and provide training to site staff on quality assurance processes.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain accurate records and compile quality reports for submission to the client.
