Develop the branch and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets.Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team.Negotiate directly with vendors for freight services, including containers, breakbulk, air charters, liners, agents, transporters, customs house agents (CHA), and other third-party vendors.Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and convert quotes into orders.Coordinate with the operations team after order confirmation to ensure smooth execution and provide updates to customers.Manage post-delivery activities, including ensuring timely payments from customers.Review and coordinate vendor invoices and payment processing with the accounts department and sales head.Collect and report customer satisfaction feedback for each shipment.
