Develop comprehensive reports on cost estimates, budget comparisons, and financial forecasts to support project decision-making.Maintain meticulous records of estimations, supplier quotes, and other relevant documents for future reference and audits.

Experience in Large-Scale Pricing – manage the full pricing process for large infrastructure projects with pricing from first principles, competitive bidding strategies, and understanding market-specific costs in the UAE.Tender Management and Leadership – Candidates is expected to lead tender submissions from start to finish. This includes hands-on pricing, coordinating with procurement and technical teams, and ensuring a competitive and accurate submission.Material Take-Offs – Experience in material take-offs (MTO) Electrical Estimators with a background in MTOs.
