This role involves collaboration across teams, market research, campaign execution, and performance tracking.Responsibilities-Manage all digital marketing channelsOversee all the company's social media accountsManage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google AnalyticsMonitor competition and provide suggestions for improvementManage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/ softwareManage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platformsManage social media marketing campaignsWorking closely with sales and business development team and assist them for the sales proposals/ presentations and etc.Support to the recruitment team with the social media posts.Maintain the recordings of all company desktop/ laptops username and passwords.

Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration services.Conduct detailed consultations with potential candidates to assess their immigration needs and goals, providing tailored solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing support and updates throughout their immigration journey.Manage client databases effectively, ensuring all interactions and documents are logged for future reference.Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients through effective communication and persuasive skills.Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide personalized solutions.Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the immigration process.
