Candidates must have strong inspection and quality control experience in piping, pipelines, and non-metallic systems within refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline environments.Job: QC Engineer (Oil & Gas Projects)Location: UAE / QatarIndustry: Oil & GasExperience: Minimum 5+ years GCCKey Responsibilities – Metallic (Piping / Pipeline)Review and implement ITPs, QCPs, and project QA proceduresInspect metallic piping fabrication and erection worksWelding inspection (fit-up, visual, final)Review and control WPS, PQR, WQTCoordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, MT)Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic testingLine checking, punch listing, and reinstatement clearanceEnsure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM standardsMaintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and dossiersKey Responsibilities – Non-Metallic (HDPE / GRP / GRE)Inspect HDPE / GRP / GRE piping installation and jointingVerify fusion, lamination, and curing proceduresWitness pressure testing and leak testsEnsure compliance with approved procedures and manufacturer guidelinesMonitor material receiving, storage, and handlingPrepare and maintain non-metallic inspection documentation
