Job SummaryThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving sales activities for telecom and security system solutions within the Riyadh market. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while positioning the company as a preferred systems integrator in the region.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Market Expansion· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in telecom, ELV, ICT, and security systems (CCTV, ACS, PAGA, FOC, Network systems, etc.).· Expand market presence within Riyadh, targeting government, semi-government, enterprise, and corporate sectors.· Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer needs.2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.· Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management.· Coordinate with presales and technical teams to build competitive proposals.3. Client Relationship Management· Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and main contractors.· Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects.· Follow up on inquiries, tenders, quotations, and project status until closure.4. Coordination & Cross-Functional Support· Work closely with presales, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.· Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and industry standards.· Support project handover, billing follow-up, and payment collections where required.5. Team Leadership (if applicable)· Guide and mentor junior sales executives.· Monitor team performance, conduct training sessions, and ensure KPI achievement.6. Reporting· Prepare weekly, monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.---
