Job Title: GIS EngineerEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled GIS Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) related to the domain of pavement condition survey and GIS-based pavement management system (PMS) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and integrating spatial data related to road and pavement assets, supporting data-driven decision-making for maintenance and rehabilitation planning. Key Responsibilities: Collect, process, and analyze spatial and non-spatial data related to road networks and pavement assets.Conduct and manage pavement condition surveys and ensure accurate geo-referencing of collected data.Develop, implement, and maintain GIS-based Pavement Management Systems (PMS).Integrate field data (distress, roughness, structural data, etc.) into GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and QGIS.Prepare high-quality maps, spatial models, and visualizations to support project reporting and decision-making.Manage GIS databases, perform spatial data cleaning, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.Collaborate with pavement engineers, asset management teams, and IT specialists to design GIS workflows for pavement asset management.Automate GIS data processing and analysis using various common industry tools Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geo informatics, Geography, or a related discipline.7-10 years of relevant professional experience in GIS and transportation infrastructure projects.Proven experience in pavement condition surveys and GIS-based PMS implementation.Proficiency in ArcGIS (Desktop, Pro, Online) and QGIS; familiarity with data management in geodatabases.Experience with GPS/GNSS data collection, survey data processing, and asset mapping.Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ArcGIS Dashboard) is an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Supervise and manage a team of Technicians, providing direction and support in daily maintenance activities.Handle the maintenance, repair, and operation of Traffic Signal devices and systems, including traffic signal controllers, signal heads, loop detectors, single and top had cabinets, signal cabling and all Traffic Signal related infrastructure.Implement and adhere to maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Traffic Signal equipment.Provide technical support in troubleshooting and resolving Traffic Signal -related issues.Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during maintenance operations.

Install, commission, and maintain traffic signal systems, controllers, and associated electronic equipment.Perform fault diagnosis, repairs, and upgrades on traffic signal infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with Ashghal standards.Interpret and update electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project managers to support the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fault reports, and system upgrades.Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.

- Commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Environment Monitoring, PAGA, VHF, UHF, Networking, and OTN systems.- Perform system tests, configuration, and integration to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration and functionality
