• Operate and monitor machines according to SOPs. • Follow all safety rules and use PPE. • Perform quality checks and report any issues immediately. • Complete production and quality reports accurately. • Adjust machine parameters within limits and troubleshoot minor issues. • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance. • Apply 5S standards and keep the work area organized. • Handle materials and support efficient production flow. • Execute machine changeovers correctly and on time. • Provide clear handover between shifts. • Meet daily production targets and minimize downtime

Lead and oversee daily production activities to meet targets. Supervise operators, assign tasks, and provide training. Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot extrusion/thermoforming issues. Ensure quality standards are achieved and coordinate with QC on defects. Maintain safety compliance, housekeeping, and proper use of PPE. Prepare daily production reports and record data in ERP/logs. Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to reduce downtime.
