We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and coordinating plumbing and fire fighting systems for a wide range of projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Design Expertise: Develop comprehensive plumbing and fire fighting system designs for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, addressing water supply, drainage, and sewage disposal requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs align with Municipality and Civil Defense plumbing codes and standards.Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, providing technical guidance and ensuring cohesive project integration.Authority Submissions: Prepare and submit drawings that adhere to local standards and regulations for project approvals.Client Engagement: Liaise with clients and authorities to address project requirements, respond to comments, and resolve issues efficiently.

Develops detailed plumbing and Fire Fighting system designs for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, considering water supply, drainage, and sewage disposal.Ensures all plumbing and Fire Fighting designs and adhere to Municipality and Civil Defence plumbing codes and regulations.Collaborates with other engineering disciplines and provides technical guidance to engineers .Develop Authority submissions drawings as per Standards and regulations.Attend to client and authority to address project requirements and coments.

Involve in the design of Mechanical systems, mainly Mechanical Systems for successful completion of MEP systems Design for various projects.Coordinate for Authority discussions ,client meetings and Site inspections.Should have good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as project management skills.Coordinating with architects, engineers, Specialists etc to ensure the successful design and completion of the project as per budget and schedule.Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop MEP system designs that meet project requirements. Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Manage and coordinate MEP Design team . Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the design process.Review and ensure quality of project deliverables in compliance with Authority standards and project requirements.Develop systems and processes for design team for effective performance. . Monitor project budgets and control costs. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, plans, specifications, and reports. Manage project-related paperwork and contracts.Problem Solving: Identify and address project-related challenges and issues promptly. Propose and implement solutions to ensure project success. Monitor and mitigate project risks.
