We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong Pre- and Post-Contract expertise to support large-scale Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost planning, contract administration, and commercial management within the Middle East construction environment.Pre-Contract ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for infrastructure projects (roads, highways, utilities, bridges, rail, etc.)Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering exercisesEvaluate tenders, perform commercial analysis, and assist in contract negotiationsReview drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport procurement strategy and subcontractor selectionPost-Contract ResponsibilitiesManage contract administration in accordance with FIDIC and local contract formsMonitor and control project costs, cash flow, and budgetsAssess and certify interim payments and final accountsEvaluate variations, claims, and change ordersPrepare and negotiate contractual claims, extensions of time (EOT), and settlementsCoordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve commercial issuesEnsure compliance with company commercial procedures and reporting standards
