Job Summary:Horus Fitout, a leading provider of interior and exterior finishing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant / Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out and wooden décor industry, with a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and contractors.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase Horus Fitout's services.- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutual benefits.- Follow up on leads and close deals.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Qualifications & Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales within the fit-out industry.- Strong network within the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Understanding of interior and exterior fit-out solutions.- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Having UAE driving license and car is a plus.
