Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails related to service inquiries and bookings.Assist customers in scheduling nurse visits, doctor housecalls, or other homecare services.Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and procedures.Coordinate with medical staff, dispatch teams, and operations to ensure timely service delivery.Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback.Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software or internal systems.Ensure customer satisfaction and promote client retention.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in healthcare or service industry).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.Preferred Skills:Experience in the healthcare/homecare industry is a strong advantage.Knowledge of scheduling software or health service systems.Familiarity with Dubai geography and client service expectations.Language Preferred - ArabicBenefits:Competitive salaryMedical insuranceEmployment visaAnnual leave as per UAE labor lawGrowth opportunities within the company
