Team Leader - Luxury Real Estate Sales in UAE
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and manage a team in the development and execution of luxury residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE real estate market, with proven leadership and people management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-end residential properties, driving sales, and maintaining client satisfaction in a highly competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential projects within set timelines and budgets.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including sales, marketing, and technical staff. Foster a high-performance environment that promotes collaboration and productivity.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and key stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction by understanding and delivering on their expectations.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project targets, working closely with the sales team to drive results.Quality Control: Ensure all aspects of the project meet luxury standards and are aligned with the company’s brand reputation.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, including RERA standards and other relevant legal requirements in the UAE.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle in a timely and efficient manner.Reporting: Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).6-12 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a focus on luxury residential projects.Proven experience in team leadership and people management, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of the UAE real estate regulations and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage HNW clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Key Skills:Leadership & People Management: Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.Real Estate Expertise: Strong knowledge of luxury real estate and the specifics of the UAE market.Client Management: Proficiency in managing client relationships, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.Sales Acumen: Strategic thinking and experience in driving sales performance in a competitive market.Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of local customs and business practices in the UAE.
