We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our growing onlinefashion business specializing in jalabiyas and abayas. This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce operations who is eager to take ownership of multiple responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:1. Order Processing - Manage and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.2. Inventory Management - Track stock levels, ensure timely restocking, and maintain product records.3. Stock Updates - Update product availability across our website and marketplaces.4. Marketplace Coordination - List and manage products on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.5. Customer Service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related queries.6. Basic Accounting - Manage invoices, transaction records, and daily sales tracking.7. Excel Sheets - Maintain records and reports using Excel.Additional Duties as We Expand:1. Managing logistics and shipments2. Analyzing sales performance and stock movement3. Assisting in social media and promotional activitiesRequirements:1. Experience: 1+ years in e-commerce operations, retail, or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)2.
