Roles & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for Projects acquisition by liaising with new Clients and existing Clients consistently, 2. Respond & quote all RFPs/RFQs/queries by collecting prices / evaluating the scope of works / pricing them effectively, 3. Execute the projects and deliver timely at site in line with the Contractual Agreements and obligations 4.Meet cost and revenue targets and enhance customer retention. 5. Ensure that all statutory requirements are met according to the Work Program deadlines for all activities and local authority requirements e.g. Civil Defense, DEWA, Municipality, Trakhees, etc. 6. · Manage & supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. swimming pools, Passenger lifts, Fresh Air Handling units, Fire alarm systems etc. by authorized contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms 7. Ensure that all Third & 1st Party equipment certification obtained in accordance to local authority requirements & timeliness. 8. · Recommend Facilities Management Budgets and work plans in order to ensure that all contracts and Projects are carried out within agreed parameters e.g. Cost, Timelines, Service delivery objectives etc.

Roles & Responsibilities Receive Field Requisitions/Service Requests (FR/SR), check for items requested are from the stock or new materials and has all the required information in the FR/SR prior to receipt Issue the materials available in the stock from any stores location where the material is available and generate Stores issue note. For materials not available in the stock or for new materials that need to kept in the stock, process the Field Requisition for procurement of these materials Supervise the off-loading of incoming materials, carry out physical inspection and physical count to verify quantity and quality is in line with the requirements mentioned on the purchase orders. Arrange for inspection with the requestors if required, complete the inspection prior to receiving the materials Keep raw material, spares, finished products and other stock items well stacked in the designated storage locations. All the stored materials should be easily accessible and safely handled as per HSE guidelines, standards and procedures The storekeeper should ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the stores to avoid being "out of stock". Monitor inventory levels at all items, identify obsolete and damaged materials Check for shortages and damages and prepare the necessary reports for damages and rejections. If required Non-Conformity Reports should be raised if the circumstance demands All material returns from the site should be thoroughly inspected before processing into the inventory and upon inspection should be stored at the designated locations. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise the timely delivery of MEP Services in line with Contractual Agreements and Obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Monitor, inspect and supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. swimming pools, Passenger lifts, Fresh Air Handling units, Fire alarm systems etc. by authorised contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms. Provide inputs to enable Facilities / MEP Engineers to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Client to report progress on compliance with SLA’s. Supervise the MEP team, to meet all Facilities Management functional objectives. Allocate and schedule manpower for various preventive and reactive works to efficiently execute the work in order to maximize productivity Determine whether certain jobs or items are to be charged to tenant or the client based on the conduct of a First Information Investigation report Collect payments from tenants for consumables recoverable from Tenants and deposit cash with the Finance department. Record attendance/OT of staff and send to Finance dept. for inclusion in Payroll payments Desired Candidate Profile Diploma / BE only in Mechanical or Electrical only. Preferably from Philippines Or Hospitality Experience. (Fluent in English) Should have Dubai FM Experience of +40 Floor building.
