Project Planning and Scheduling:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases. (Level 1,2,3&4)Break down the project into tasks and milestones, creating work breakdown structures (WBS).Utilize project management tools (such as Primavera P6, MS Project) to prepare Gantt charts, critical path method (CPM) analyses, and schedule reports.Coordinate with project teams to gather input and update the project schedule.Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.Coordination and Communication:Act as the point of contact for scheduling between various departments (engineering, procurement, construction).Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and schedule changes.Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project reports on schedule status to management and clients.Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review project performance and address concerns.Risk Management:Identify potential risks or delays in the project timeline and develop mitigation strategies.Analyze the impact of changes, delays, or scope modifications on the overall project schedule.Suggest corrective actions to bring the project back on track if deviations occur.Procurement and Resource Planning:Track procurement schedules and ensure that all materials, equipment, and resources are available on time.Ensure the timely delivery of key procurement activities in line with project requirements.Coordinate resource allocation and optimize workforce planning to meet project needs.Cost and Performance Monitoring:Work with the cost control team to monitor budget versus actual performance and assist in financial forecasting.Analyze schedule performance data and provide insight into project costs and potential savings.Support the project manager in identifying and resolving scheduling issues that could lead to cost overruns.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present project schedule progress reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.Maintain and update all project documentation related to scheduling, including logs and reports.Document any changes or modifications to the schedule and ensure proper change control procedures are followed.Support Project Execution:Assist in the preparation of bid documents related to schedule and project timelines.Ensure project activities align with client and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the project management team to support the execution of the project plan.

ERP Project Implementation: Ensure all project goals for ERP implementation are met.Customization and Enhancement: Make general changes to SAP (e.g., dashboards, layouts, etc.), perform small modifications like adding fields, renaming fields, and writing code to adjust functionality.Data Management: Work with users to ensure accurate data input and output in SAP.Reporting: Set up automated tasks and ensure that managers receive accurate data and reports.User Support: Handle SAP-related queries and provide training via workshops.System Upgrades: Offer advice on system enhancements and updates to meet evolving organizational needs.

Be able to write Lifting plans, supervise and execute critical lifting in oil & gas companies;Have focus on HSE priorities and lead a team of Crane Operators, Riggers and Banksmen for Safe Lifting Practices across different locations of the organization;Be familiar with international standard related to Lifting engineering practices with sufficient knowledge in interpretation and to bring excellence in Change management;
