We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor with strong technical background in multi-skilled building maintenance. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing maintenance work independently while supervising technicians, managing site operations, and ensuring service quality standards. This is a working supervisor role — not office-based.Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with regulations.
