Responsible for complete accounting works such as handling debtors, creditors, receivables from time to timeKeeping an updated record of all accounts and system entries.Employee payroll processing and employee related records such as leave dates, joining dates, renewal dates etc.Constantly improving the accounting techniques for better accuracy and internal decision making.Preparation of Proforma Invoices and generation of Actual invoices and so on.Keep proper record of VAT output tax collected versus VAT input tax paid to suppliers for an accurate tax refund filing.Work with the auditors for tax filing and annual auditing of the books of the company. Monthly in-house reporting of P&L and completing all necessary reconciliations in a timely manner for maximum accuracy of accounting recordsAny other works that affect the smooth functioning of the company on a day-to-day basis pertaining to the Accounts Dept. to be monitored.

Set and execute formulations and add value to existing formulations through market research and lab blending.Test, prepare and submit final technical data sheets to Production Department for daily batches and continuously test base oils, polymers, additives and also ensure packing materials are in good order on a daily basis.Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and oversee filling machine labor.Ensure timely and correct entries of BOM in the ERP software.Ensure proper handling and upkeep of the laboratory equipment, instruments and accessories and carry out calibrations as specified.
