Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.Prepare and review contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry developments.Conduct comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation through networking and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listing, and transactions.Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and external purposes.Skills and QualificationsMinimum of months years’ experience in real estate is preferred within UAE market.Demonstrative ability to handle property transactions and client interactions effectively.Relevant real estate certification or license as required by local regulations.Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communications and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate management software and CRM system.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of the team.Professional and polished demeanour.Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
