Job Title: Accounts and Finance ManagerCompany: Khanna Fiber DMCCLocation: Dubai, UAE Reports To: Director Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities: • Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain timely and accurate financialstatements and reports that comply with accepted policies and procedures. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets,financial forecasts, and reports required for decision-making.• Cash Flow Management: Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all statutory requirements of theorganization are met including VAT, Income Tax, and other necessary financial regulatoryrequirements specific to UAE and India.• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies.• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and manage receivables collections. • Audit & Risk: Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for theannual audit. Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program andorganizational risks are minimized. • Strategic Planning: Advise on strategic business development and keycorporate planning issues that relate to and impact the finances of the company. • Team Management: Mentor and develop a direct team, managing workallocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effectiveteam dynamic.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA) is preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience. • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, andbest practices. • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g.,SAP), with particular expertise in QuickBooks and Zoho.• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.• Comprehensive understanding of Indian and UAE financial regulations.• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, andcommunication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Additional Information:Khanna Fiber DMCC is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity andinclusion in the workplace.
