Verify NDT, PWHT, PMI, hardness tests, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Oversee hydro tests, air/steam blowing, bolt torque tightening, and boiler duct installation. Inspect stack assembly, economizer, superheater welds, burners, valves, ladders, and steel structures. Conduct walk-down inspections, punch clearance, chemical cleaning, and final release. Supervise blasting, painting, coating, and DFT inspections as per standards. Perform material identification, heat verification, and visual examination of welds before NDT. Inspect structural, piping, and pressure vessel fabrication, ensuring compliance with client specifications. Review WPS, PQR, welding parameters, and sub-vendor fabrication activities. Verify incoming material conformity, raw materials, marking, and MTC correlation. Conduct edge preparation, colour coding, and surface inspection for overlay applications.
