Position: Event Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Catering, Hospitality & Events About the Role We are looking for a creative and target-driven Event Sales Manager to expand our catering presence in the events, banquets, weddings, exhibitions, and conferences sector. The right candidate will have strong relationships with event organizers, hotels, and corporate clients, and a proven ability to deliver high-value catering contracts. Key Responsibilities • Identify, pitch, and secure catering contracts for corporate events, weddings, banquets, and large gatherings (100 – 5,000 guests). • Build and maintain strong partnerships with event management companies, venues, hotels, and wedding planners. • Customize catering proposals and menus tailored to client needs and budgets. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages while ensuring profitability. • Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions. • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual event sales targets. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in event sales, catering, or hospitality business development in UAE. • Strong network in events & hospitality industry (planners, corporates, venues). • Proven success in securing high-value catering contracts. • Excellent client relationship, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. • Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage.
