Responsibilities: • Handle luxury travel bookings and tailor-made itineraries. • Work with Amadeus GDS for air reservations and ticketing, re-issues and refunds. • Design and book tailor made luxury leisure and VIP itineraries, including flights, hotels and transfers. • Provide high touch service before, during and after travel, handling changes and special requests professionally. • Work with hotel supplier/wholesaler systems (itrip, Hotelbeds, etc) to source and confirm the best luxury accommodation options. • Advise clients on destinations, best travel dates, visa basics and special requests, ensuring end to end service. • Handle booking changes, cancellations and travel disruptions professionally, maintaining a high service level.
