Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, partner bank policies, and DSA guidelines.Review sales processes, documentation, and customer onboarding for AML, KYC, and CDD compliance.Conduct regular compliance checks on sales staff, team leaders, and channel partners.Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Prepare and maintain compliance reports, audit findings, and MIS for management and bank partners.Coordinate with partner banks during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for sales and operations teams.Investigate non-compliance cases, sales misconduct, or policy breaches and escalate appropriately.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.Act as a main point of contact for customer's queries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML standards.Conduct customer meetings to explain product features, eligibility criteria, pricing, and documentation requirements.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader.

Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify and acquire new retail customers (both salaried and self-employed) and meet agreed-upon sales targets for banking products, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans and Merchant Loans.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, offering personalized financial solutions and advice to meet their diverse needs.Customer Service: Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with the bank's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Compliance & Risk: Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, central bank regulations, and AML/KYC guidelines to mitigate operational and financial risks.Market Intelligence: Stay updated with competitive offerings, market trends, and economic developments in Abu Dhabi to provide informed financial guidance to customers.
