· Education: Civil Engineering.· Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction industry in UAE.· Must have sales experience (outdoor).· Knowledgeable about Developers, Consultants and Contractors in the UAE.· Should be fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking. Arabic is a plus.· Excellent in using MS Office and has good emailing skills.· Have marketing skills.· Have planning and organizing skills.· Able to work under pressure.· Very good communication and presentation skills.· Ability to negotiate.· Flexible to responsibilities beyond the job description.· Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, structural engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors.· Have driving license and access to a vehicle.· Preferred Indian Nationality.· Available immediately.
