Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters… Etc.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Assist contract admin & CAFM team.Develop and maintain a filing system.Order office supplies if required.Submit and reconcile expense reports.Provide general support to visitors/subcontractors/vendors.

Work closely with Consultancy/contractor or end user across UAE, and build new accounts (ELV systems- CCTV system Structured Cabling, Intercom System, PA system, access control system---)Should be able to generate new enquiries to maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve forecastEnsure leads are followed up, liaising with the manager for support when neededShould be able to convert quotes to profitable ordersShould be able to provide any support required to the customer with the help of the teamKnowledge of upcoming projects and existing project statusProviding weekly updates through reports and meetings

1. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project requirements. 2. Develop and oversee the implementation of ELV system designs. 3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications. 4. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. 5. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of installations. 6. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for the procurement of equipment and materials. 7. Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the project. 9. Conduct testing and commissioning of ELV systems. 10. Prepare project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
