Scope of Work The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. • Good Knowledge of scrap yard handling and scrap processing by shredding process. • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. • Manage Production flows from the secondary Metal scrap receiving to the finished good’s Ingot (LM 24, LM6, ADC12, A356, A360&etc). • Good knowledge in Spectrometer (Spectro analytical instruments) and XRF. • Calculation of charge materials to produce the aluminium alloy ingots depending upon the customer requirements. • Inspection of incoming raw materials quality and check the chemical analysis of individual materials. • Segregation of different types of raw materials depending on the grades of aluminium alloy production. • Closely work with the procurement department to identify broken stock contingency plan. • Supervise Production planning and guarantee the scheduled maintenance is performed. • Organize help chain for equipment faults, Implement root cause analysis concept as a systematic approach vs. diagnosis faults. • Good knowledge in aluminium scrap like tense, TT, Talon, Hard, Extrusion, wheel, &etc • Checking and correcting the liquid metal chemical analysis during melting.

Looking for a Mechanical Engineer to source recyclable materials on construction sites in the Energy, Oil, & Gas sectors.Key Responsibilities• Find construction projects related to the Energy, Gas, & Oil sectors and their specific requirements.• Call and meet contractors and site managers to introduce our company and services.• Visit project sites to check and arrange material collection.• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.• Understand construction site rules and safety requirements.• Gather supplier needs and report market trends to management.• Handle supplier inquiries and negotiate deals.• Keep records and reports using MS Office.

Working knowledge of International trade and shipment.Knowledge of LC (letter of Credit), UCP 600 (Uniform Customs & Practice for Documentary Credits), INCO TERMS 2010(International Chamber of Commerce), International payment terms.Coordination with Purchase team & Yard team to make the loading as per the contract requirement.Prepare daily quotations to customer inquiries in conformance with the defined business strategy.BL (Bill of Lading) confirmation and Coordination for timely document submission.Tracking the documents arrival and Container for regular payment and follow ups.Coordination with hedging desk & Finance team for price fixation and related accounting entries.Coordination with customer for price fixation & account settlements.Create basic customer profile for Traders to establish contact and explore business opportunities.To make sure that all the customer queries from the customer are assured timely basis.Understand and apply sound risk management practices to provide customers with a variety of pricing options, while mitigating the associated terminal market and premium exposure, in consultation with Sales team.
