A facilities maintenance company in Dubai, urgently requires 2 AC Chiller technicians.Candidates should be locally based and available in UAE to start work within 2-4 weeks. You will have experience in carrying out corrective, reactive and planned preventive maintenance (repair, maintenance, and commissioning) of HVAC systems and equipment (Unitary DX units, Packaged and Split A/C units, Chiller units), installation and refurbishment works. You must have thorough knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, demonstrating high standard HSE practice.

Managing and directing all maintenance operations and procedures. Monitoring maintenance expenditures and managing the allocated budget. Accompanying the maintenance team during site inspections. Ensuring contractor documents, service records, warranties, and relevant paperwork are readily accessible. Maintaining records of all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Responding promptly to daily complaints and handling emergency situations. Carrying out all tasks with cost-efficiency and minimizing expenses whenever feasible. CCoordinating and supervising all repair and installation tasks. Developing repair schedules and reviewing cost assessments for repair work. Compiling and maintaining daily progress reports and detailed maintenance logs. Managing equipment inventory and ordering new supplies as needed.
