Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) rules, regulations, and approval procedures.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.Handle authority approvals and inspections.Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site.Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues.
