Sales Executive – Electronics & Telecom Location: Qatar Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a leading electronics and telecom retail shop in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in electronics or telecom sales, with a strong understanding of sales KPIs, target achievement, and customer engagement. The candidate should be able to promote products effectively, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, gadgets, and electronic products based on their needs. Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Promote telecom plans, accessories, and electronic devices to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor and maintain sales KPIs, including conversion rate, upselling, and customer satisfaction. Ensure the store is well-organized, with attractive product displays and updated pricing. Sales Coordinator cum Document Controller – Medical Equipment Location: Qatar Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator cum Document Controller with experience in medical equipment. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of document control applications is required to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including follow-ups with clients and scheduling meetings. Maintain and manage sales documents, quotations, contracts, and client records accurately. Use document control software/applications to organize, track, and retrieve documents efficiently. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for documentation. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales data analysis for management. Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication and timely processing of sales orders. Maintain updated records of medical equipment products, inventory, and client information. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Document Controller, preferably in medical equipment. Familiarity with document control applications/software.
