We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience in the facilities management industry to drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and expand company's presence in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business strategies to secure new contracts and expand OME’s market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Key Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the facilities management industry.Strong knowledge of the UAE facilities management market.Proven ability to negotiate and close large-scale contracts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.

Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications for Oracle HCM solutions.Lead configuration of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements before deployment.Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions that connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials for Oracle HCM implementations.Analyze and resolve functional issues post-implementation, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.Participate in change management initiatives, guiding clients through system updates and enhancements to Oracle HCM.Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
