RESPONSIBILITIES:• Greeting and assisting visitors, managing the reception area.• Answering phones, managing emails, and directing inquiries.• Scheduling appointments and maintaining office records.• Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.• Engaging with potential customers, both in person and via phone/email.• Promoting Gym offering or services and providing information to customers.• Identifying and pursuing sales leads, potentially closing deals.• Maintaining customer databases and sales records.• Can do problem solving and handling complain• Following up renewal and keep updating members with the new offers
