Engineer should be experienced in:• Performing onsite service of Low to medium complexity on 800xA Automation systems for Power Management & Electrical control applications.• Identifying and resolving technical issues through remote or onsite support.• Preparing project deliverable documents (FDS, BON, GA drawings) are available and meet quality standards.• Troubleshooting equipment and process failures, recommending proactive corrective actions.

* The personnel must have minimum 6 years’ experience in Yokogawa DCS,ESD, SCADA, PLC.* Well versed with Centum VP, Prosafe, Stardom, Fast Tools* Preference to immediately available candidates

1) Carries out installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and modifications of a wide range of on-line analyzers and associated equipment.2) Receives daily work schedule and instructions from the Team Leader / supervisor - analyzers. Obtains approved “Permit to work”, necessary tools and spare parts to carry out the job. Ensures that all on-line analyzers and associated equipment maintenance, installation or modification work is completed according to specific instructions, applicable work methods and procedures, and in compliance with QHSE standards.3) Carries out the routine predictive and preventive maintenance checks on various on-line analyzers and associated equipment. Carries out verifications tests and test runs after maintenance and troubleshooting.4) Carries out minor shutdown maintenance or engineering work.5) Performs installation of new on-line analyzers and associated equipment as per direction. Carries out equipment and systems modifications as per specific instructions received from Team Leader – analyzers.6) Maintains the maintenance logbook, recording details of the works carried out/completed including defaults, problems, various findings and conditions of the equipment and systems.
