Required Experience6+ years of total automotive experience.Strong mechanical background: engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, and electrical systems.3+ years of hands-on hybrid vehicle experience.Hands-on experience on electric vehicles (EV): battery, motor, inverter, and charging systems.Valid EV high-voltage (HV) safety certificate is required.Manufacturer training from a major brand (Toyota, Lexus, BYD, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and complete complex repair jobs on EV, hybrid, and mechanical vehicles.Diagnose difficult problems using scan tools, oscilloscopes, and service manuals.Work safely on high-voltage (HV) systems and follow all safety steps.Be the technical reference point for the team.Train and guide junior and mid-level technicians on hybrid and EV systems.Do quality check on critical repair jobs and sign them off before delivery.Support the supervisor in planning daily work and managing tools.Complete job cards and update the work order system.Test vehicles after repair to confirm quality.Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store. Receive and maintain track of all orders. Ensure the wellbeing of all received items.Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control manually and systematically. Monitor the daily stock levels. Perform other related duties as assigned by the department head.

Receive vehicle from customer at the test bay.Conduct Brake and Emission test as per the testing procedures.Carries out proper technical inspection with responsibility and as per vehicle testing parameter.Maintain test lanes and equipment in good condition.Perform other related duties as assigned by the department head.
