Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of construction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime through proactive monitoring and swift troubleshooting.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance, fostering a safe working environment and preventing accidents.Manage equipment inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair logs, coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective servicing.Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing strategies.Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align equipment utilization with project schedules and requirements.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and manufacturer specifications related to equipment operation and maintenance.
