Pipe Threading, Grooving and Installation of Fire Fighting Systems.Preventive Maintenance of fire fighting system equipment.Rectification/trouble shooting fire fighting systems.Write service/completion service report for site activities such as quarterly service, emergency call attendance, and list spare parts required.Coordinating with supervisor or engineer about site conditions and required materials.Installation, maintenance, and repair of fire pumps.Installation, maintenance, and repair of fire fighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, etc.).Troubleshooting and rectification of fire pumps (electric & diesel).Conducting pressure tests, flow tests, and system inspections.Ensuring compliance with Civil Defence and NFPA standards.Diagnosing pump failures and performing necessary repairs.Working with control panels, pressure switches, and valves.Completing reports and documentation for testing & maintenance.

Cabling, Device Fixing, Panel Installation.Install and maintain fire alarm systems in both homes and businesses. Make sure the systems meet local safety codes and legal requirements.Full awareness and ability to implement the Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) & Breakdown Maintenance (BD) of Fire Alarm system.Handle Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panels troubleshooting and rectification of wiring and other issues.Handle and service/test addressable and Conventional automatic and manual initiating devices like Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Flame Detectors, Air Aspiration systems, Linear Heat Detection System, Beam Detectors, Manual Call Points, water flow switches, etc.…Handle and service/test addressable and Conventional input, output, control relay modules.Handle and service/test addressable and Conventional notification appliances like sounders, flashers, horn strobe, Public Announcement speakers, riser circuits amplifiers etc.…Any other work as assigned by the supervisor /Engineer to achieve the purpose.Can read, interpret, and describe Single Line Diagrams and Cause and Effect matrix.Can correctly setup and use test equipment and interpret the test results.Handle smoke detector testing tools & calibration tools.Handle heat Detectors testing tool, Flame Detector Testing tool, Beam detectors Testing tool.Knowledge in the use & interpretation of NFPA, UAEFC, ADCD codes, Standards and Regulations.Diagnose and fix issues with malfunctioning fire alarm systems.Conduct regular checks and tests on fire alarm equipment to ensure proper function.Offer customer support and training on how to use and maintain fire alarm systems.
