Job Description: We are looking for highly skilled and motivated AV/IT Engineers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Audio-Visual systems. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Design, install, and maintain AV & IT systems, including CCTV, access control, PA systems, and BGM system. Displays (LED, LCD, projection systems),video walls, processors installation and configuration. Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports. Create detailed engineering plans, schematics, and cost estimates. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV or ELV systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Cisco, etc.) is a plus.
