Location: Mega Mall, SharjahTiming: Same as Mega Mall, Sharjah timing with 1 day off per week except Thursday, Friday, Saturday & SundaySales and Customer Service:Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Assist customers in finding products, offering product knowledge and recommendations.Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.Point of Sale (POS) and Cash Management:Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.Perform daily cash reconciliations and report discrepancies.Inventory Management:Assist with stock control and inventory management.Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate stock records.Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.Store Maintenance and Merchandising:Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.Assist with setting up displays and merchandising products according to company standards.Ensure products are properly tagged and priced.Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
