OverviewThe Student Relations Manager ensures students and parents have a seamless and well-supported learning experience. This role combines academic oversight, relationship management, and operational support to track student progress, maintain curriculum standards, and support smooth operations across multiple centers.Student Experience & Academic SupportCoordinate diagnostic assessments for new students and provide accurate reporting.Track student progress and ensure timely completion of assessments.Review lesson quality and tutor feedback to maintain academic standards.Identify students needing additional support and coordinate follow-up actions.Support curriculum alignment across IB, British, and American programs.Parent & Student RelationsServe as the main point of contact for parents regarding student progress and feedback.Build and maintain positive relationships with families to support engagement and retention.Coordinate parent meetings, assessment days, and progress discussions.Address concerns promptly and professionally.Operational & Cross-Center SupportProvide academic and administrative support across multiple centers.Collaborate with tutors and administrative teams to support scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operations.Assist with academic events, student assessments, and center initiatives.
