Ensuring that Project quality Plan and procedures are activated at site. Performing inspections of installations when advised by construction-in-charges/site Supervisors. Develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques, throughout the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages. Strategy Implementation: Implement and execute the Project Operation function’s strategic plan & milestone as per the Project Director/Manager’s directions to better service the Operations department goals & objectives.Decision making & Problem Solving: Manage all Project planning issues and problems and execute appropriate technical/non-technical solutions.Preparation & Revision: Manage preparation, reviewing, follow-up and updating of project detailed construction program, project labor histograms and subcontractors’ programs.
