Promote and sell IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and networking items (routers, switches, etc.).Identify and reach out to potential B2B and B2C clients through field visits, phone calls, and online platforms.Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering excellent after-sales support.Create and manage marketing content for social media platforms, flyers, and promotional campaigns.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.Collaborate with the operations and procurement team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Maintain accurate sales records and report weekly performance to management.

· Assist with day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from quotation to invoicing.· Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with company pricing policies.· Handle invoicing, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records for clients.· Support customer relations by assisting in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.· Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and support sales initiatives.· Assist in creating marketing and promotional materials using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.· Help prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.· Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.· Assist in managing inventory and order fulfillment processes.· Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients in both English (mandatory) and preferably Arabic.
