Manage the LEED performance requirement (Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience) needed to maintain the LEED CertificateImplement the operation and maintenance works in accordance with the submitted proposed methodology, procedures, logs and plans to LEED performance requirements, such as but not limited toUsing TSE for irrigation system, Using Low water consumption sanitary fixtureFollow measurement and verification plan, Energy consumption, Material replacementResponsible for all actions and procedures to be performed such as the verification, documentation, uploading and inspections to USGBC during the contract period to ensure LEED certificate requirement

To supervise and control the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards.The equipment includes, but not limited to cooling towers, condensers & chilled water pumps, Tertiary pumps, ozone generators, air compressors, fire pumps, water treatment systems, Sanitary fixtures, vacuum pumps, wet and dry sprinkler systems, pipework related to water and irrigation systems and associated equipment like motorized valves, etc.Strong knowledge of all rotating equipment (Pumps & compressors)The implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance activities for all the mechanical equipment (Pumps, compressors, engines, gear reducers & valves)Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.Schedule and obtain project material and manpowerCreating Root cause analysis for the equipment breakdown cases.
