Meet the client / Consultant / contractor. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.  Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales deals. Gather market and customer information. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Understand the TKE products and provide technical support to the architect team during design phase of projects. When specification allows, calculate the material cost based on existing calculation tools or send to the factory for material cost (send to Sales Support as per the sales policy) Based on the material cost, calculate the total cost including all local cost (Installation, local materials etc) and a quotation for the client must be prepared Coordinate with other departments (Installation, projects, finance, safety etc.) to prepare all necessary information for submitting with the quotation / tender (Including arranging bonds, special approvals, etc.) Reporting the forecasted projects and updates the offers status. Comply with all tKE Company & HSE office policy & procedures. 

Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that meet their technical needs.Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing product capabilities.Act as a liaison between engineering teams and sales, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients.

Demonstrate strong commitment to site safety by following safety procedures, identifying risks proactively, and applying STOP & GO principles.Coordinate daily installation activities with the customer while maintaining continuous communication with the Supervisor/Engineer.Ensure a safe and organized installation environment at the site.Receive, inspect, and properly store delivered materials to ensure equipment safety and proper handling.Carry out installation work according to approved methods, instructions, and project schedule.Ensure high-quality and timely installation of equipment in accordance with TK installation procedures.Report installation progress and any site issues promptly to the Supervisor/Engineer.Maintain tools in good condition.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevators and modernization projects.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.Support sales activities across assigned regions.
