Overview:Token13 Software L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead strategic partnerships, ecosystem growth, and brand expansion initiatives. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic alliances, driving user acquisition, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across global markets.The ideal candidate combines strong business development capabilities with hands-on marketing experience and thrives in a fast-paced technology environment. Exposure to AI, FinTech, Internet products, Blockchain, or emerging technologies will be highly advantageous.Responsibilities:Ecosystem Partnerships & Business DevelopmentDrive ecosystem partnerships and strategic collaborations to support business growth and market expansion.Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key partners including platforms, media organizations, agencies, investors, KOLs/influencers, communities, and industry stakeholders.Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and collaboration initiatives from concept to execution.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of partnership objectives.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.Marketing & Brand GrowthPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, community initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships.Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and regional market expansion.Coordinate media outreach, PR activities, influencer collaborations, and community partnerships to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.Prepare marketing collateral including pitch decks, partnership proposals, product presentations, and branding materials.Support corporate branding initiatives to strengthen Token13's market positioning.User Growth & Community EngagementMonitor and optimize user growth, engagement, retention, and conversion performance metrics.Design and execute growth campaigns, referral programs, co-marketing initiatives, and community engagement activities.Collaborate with community, product, and partnership teams to support ecosystem activations, workshops, webinars, and training programs.Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and user engagement across target markets.Market Strategy & AnalyticsResearch market trends across AI, FinTech, Internet products, and emerging technology sectors, including Blockchain/Web3 developments.Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and user insights to support strategic decision-making.Evaluate campaign performance, partnership effectiveness, and growth initiatives to maximize ROI.Prepare market intelligence reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management.
