Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Lead to join our team. Join us, and you’ll not only advance your career but also contribute to groundbreaking mental health initiatives that positively impact patients' lives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for item procurement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demand.Oversee the product ordering process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of inventory needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.Monitor and analyse product utilization rates to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.Oversee the pharmaceutical supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.Utilize data analysis techniques to assess market trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance, providing insights to inform decision-making.Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and supply chain performance to stakeholders.Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement and supply chain functions, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Independently manage a wide range of health conditions including acute and chronic diseases.Provide remote treatment when/if condition could be managed in-house while following TruDoc policies and procedures.Compile patient history, formulate diagnosis, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment.Offer in-home assessments and remotely monitor patients using our cutting-edge telemonitoring software.Enroll patients in Chronic Care program and perform complete assessments for identified patients who may benefit from this program.Provide health promotion and preventive services including child health services and ante natal care.Coordinates patient care at secondary level through appropriate referral to hospitals and maintains responsibility for follow-through.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with secondary level providers.Maintain detailed and up-to-date electronic medical records.Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement projects.
