Ensure accurate and timely financial data to support strategic business decisions.Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet the company’s operational needs and growth objectives.Controllership: Maintain a robust financial control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a finance team of 10-12 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and alignment with the company’s goals.Startup Experience: Bring in experience from Series B and C fundraising rounds, including scaling financial operations and working closely with investors and stakeholders.UAE Experience: Utilize your extensive experience working in the UAE market, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and adapting strategies to the regional business environment.Qualifications:Educational Background: CA qualification is a must.Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in Business Finance and Accounting.Startup Exposure: Proven track record of working in startups, particularly those in Series B and C phases.Regional Expertise: Experience working in the UAE is essential.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, along with equity options.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter
