Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, with preference given to those with previous work experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of air conditioning and HVAC systems (split, ducted, package units, VRV/VRF, etc.).Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and longevity.Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.Handle refrigerant recovery and charging in compliance with safety standards.Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues on-site.Maintain accurate service reports and job completion records.Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems; Dubai or UAE experience preferred.Sound knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and repair techniques.Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and UAE safety regulations for HVAC systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.Good physical condition and ability to work in varying environmental conditions. A valid UAE driving license is a plus. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems).Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
