Role Overview:This is a key position for someone who’s confident in selling high-value services, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and closing deals. You’ll be working directly with leads, clients, and internal teams to ensure every opportunity is followed up and converted.Key Responsibilities:· Prospect and drive sales for interior design, fit-out, and landscaping.· Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.· Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.· Sourcing both residential and commercial renovation & landscaping leads through various marketing channels (WhatsApp, email, phone calls etc).· Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to project handover.· Conduct sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings & market conditions.· Act as the main point of contact for clients during and after the sales process.· Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.· Attend industry events, exhibitions, workshops & networking opportunities to promote the company· Coordinate with design, technical, and operations teams for smooth delivery.· Track leads and update CRM with accurate, real-time data.What We Offer:· Competitive salary (depending on experience) + high-earning potential with commissions· Company Visa· Company Laptop· Company Sim Card· Health Insurance· Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company· A supportive team environment with strong internal collaboration
