Develop, review, and maintain Baseline Programs (resource & cost-loaded) in line with project requirements.Monitor weekly progress, analyze planned vs. actual performance, and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues to the project team.Improve and track labor and staff productivity, ensuring optimized utilization across project activities.Identify engineering, procurement, and ID design approval delays; collaborate with relevant departments to drive solutions and keep the project on schedule.Prepare and validate resource-loaded schedules; assess the realism of resource quantification and ensure alignment with project deadlines.Conduct schedule impact assessments, mitigation planning, and recovery programs where required.Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, cost control, and construction teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily planning reports, dashboards, and forecasting updates.Lead the planning team and ensure compliance with industry standards and project controls best practices.Ensure adherence to contractual milestones and support claims/extension of time submissions when necessary.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy by analyzing project plans and specifications.Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs without compromising quality and performance.Manage contractual agreements, including negotiation and administration of contracts with clients and subcontractors.Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential financial impacts during project execution.Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluate bids from contractors to ensure competitiveness and compliance.Oversee the measurement and valuation of work done, ensuring payment applications align with project progress and contractual terms.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones are met within budgetary constraints.Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and pricing to provide informed recommendations for cost management.Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and contractors to resolve discrepancies and ensure project success.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract* Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP scope.* Prepare quantity take-offs (Mechanical & basic Electrical) using industry-standard methods.* Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.* Coordinate with engineering and design teams to clarify technical queries.* Support procurement team in preparing RFQs, evaluating quotations, and finalizing vendors/subcontractors.Post-Contract* Prepare and verify subcontractor payment certificates, variations, and claims.* Track material consumption and verify site progress for valuation.* Maintain updated cost reports, cashflows, and project budget monitoring.* Conduct site visits to verify executed MEP works (Mechanical & Electrical).* Prepare and support in final account submissions with accurate documentation.* Coordinate with project teams, planning, and procurement for commercial matters.
