Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract* Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP scope.* Prepare quantity take-offs (Mechanical & basic Electrical) using industry-standard methods.* Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.* Coordinate with engineering and design teams to clarify technical queries.* Support procurement team in preparing RFQs, evaluating quotations, and finalizing vendors/subcontractors.Post-Contract* Prepare and verify subcontractor payment certificates, variations, and claims.* Track material consumption and verify site progress for valuation.* Maintain updated cost reports, cashflows, and project budget monitoring.* Conduct site visits to verify executed MEP works (Mechanical & Electrical).* Prepare and support in final account submissions with accurate documentation.* Coordinate with project teams, planning, and procurement for commercial matters.

Performance Monitoring:o Analyze organic performance metrics, including keyword rankings, impressions, and CTR.o Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly. 1. Campaign Management:o Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.o Leverage insights from Google Ads and analytics tools to refine campaigns.2. Budget and ROI Management:o Efficiently allocate and monitor budgets for campaigns.o Use KPIs like ROAS, CPC, and CTR to gauge success.3. Testing and Optimization:o Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve campaign results.Optimize quality scores by refining ad relevance and landing page experience
